I is in the hospital for four days. During that time a nurse had me get rid of bed and walk about. I did not know the implications although i immediately understood why. My legs would not could not move! I was dumbfounded! I struggled to walk even the shortest difference. During my four day stay at the hospital my muscles developed atrophy. It took several walks before I gained my strength back.
You see my boss, coworkers, the doctors and additionally my own brother’s initial reactions painted a picture for me and twenty five years all that nice. Every I looked at that picture I felt more etc hopeless. My wife painted a larger picture for me personally and her picture laughed and said that all was and fitness, recruitment, careers, martial arts, recreation and sports, military, news and society, fitness, health, careers employment, business, mental health, fitness & exercise, fertility & pregnancy, drugs & medications, diseases & conditions, dieting & weight loss, self improvement, salute troops
